Well, what you suggested worked, to some degree. Here's what I get:
XFree86 has found a valid card configuration. Unfortunately, the
appropriate data has not been added to XF86PciInfo.h. Please forward
'scanpci -v output to the XFree86 support team.
Sooooo, I guess I'll add the '/var/log/XFree86.0.log' file to the email.
Thanks for the help everyone. I just supprised that since this system
uses an ATI Radeon 7500 chipset, that X is not support via an existing
driver......
