Well my Siemens S25 works like a dream. Never had any problems with that one..
As well works my Ericsson R320s
I only use them as modems when I'm on the road, but for that they work for me.

Both the S25 and r320s works like standard modem ..
I direct my ppp sessions to the irda tty and everything works like a dream.

Never botherd to test any of that.. Should work according to some of the posts
on the Linux IrDA mailing list. At least for the S25..

Well both my phones work, not much problems with the phones rather took some time
to configure the IrDA support on ym laptop, but that is probobly mostly due to
my shitty IrDA controller.. (SMC based)
