Hmmm, looks like that I made a mistake here.
The idea of "chamado técnico" is "technical call",
like "support". Which means an open ticket, in other
words, you have a problem and "call" the consultant
to solve it. So, the rate depends on the call...
Should be: "Prices depend on project or technical
call... " do you have a better idea? :)

Well... :) The consultant said that he could
"customize the ambient", that's the "direct simple"
translation, I don't know it if fits, but sound like
"customize the environment". Sounds better?
I'm using parentheses to "split" the logical idea:
(Server Migration and Instalation) and (customization
of ambient), the second part, ambient customization I
translated to "customization of scenario", but the idea is
"customize" the company or the "enviroment" (that last
is good, ahm?). :)
