Auch wenn ich mich nicht oft an Manpage-Übersetzungen beteilige
(mir fehlt schlicht weg die Zeit dazu, mich bei bei allem einzubringen):
wenn man diesen Kontext liest, scheint mir Wörterbuch doch eine
dieser wortwörtlichen Übersetzungen zu sein, die manchmal den Sinn
nicht ganz treffen.
Daher würde ich deine Vorschläge unterstützen.
