Bug#502692: clamav-getfiles: [INTL:de] Encoding problems in german debconf translations

Hi,

During a discussion with clamav-getfiles maintainer, we discovered that
there seem to be encoding problems in the german debconf translation (file
attached).

Would some of the German translators have a look at this file, fix it (mayeb
review it as well) and send it back to this bug report?
