Je nach Kontext kann man vielleicht "Version", "Variante" oder
aehnliches schreiben. Ausserdem heisst das ANSI - uebrigens auch im
Englischen. Unten steht das ja auch so. Einheitlich sollte es
wenigstens sein.

Im englischen Text steht es im Singular. Also: "die Datei README.Debian"

Den Dateinamen sollte man schon belassen.
