Da war etwas. Ist »you may also want« eine stehende Redewendung, dier
hier mit »sollten Sie auch« übersetzt werden soll (eigentlich ist
sollte ja »should«, oder?).

Die Frage verstehe ich nicht. Natürlich sind sie verschieden, aber was
hat das mit dem Text zu tun?

Soweit ich das sehe, nein. Er wird zumindestens nicht explizit zur
Übersetzung angeboten und ich nehme an, das dbconfig-common genau
diese Zeichenkette und keine Übersetzung davon als Eingabe (!)
erwartet.
