  Ce n'est pas là le problème.
  Le vrai problème vient de l'unification entre latin 1 et
  latin 9. Pour l'instant, l'unification est effectuée
  en utf 8. Cela est résolu dans le cvs d'Emacs : récupérer
  le fichier ucs-tables.el, il gère cette unification.
