Ahh, old-topics and new-topics appear in email messages which have a reply
that starts a new thread. Here's an example:

When there is an archived list with a language unknown to lurker it says in
the drop down:
English
xx - missing in lang.xml
Finish

If a mailing list is not available on the web-site, but a link from the main
page is provided to the other site, this appears beside the name.
Perhaps (offsite) would be more accurate in english too.

I will have to add a new field for this.
