Re: [debian-knoppix] Knoppix build scripts
As a side-note to this discussion on build-scripts, I'd started building a
wrapper around debootstrap a few weeks ago, also have been working on building
basemodules (ie. 'plain' /KNOPPIX/KNOPPIX images, using the sources from
Klaus's
repository):

and an input list of actions specific to getting the knoppix scripts necessary:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/morphix/morph-scripts/baselist
They are pretty far from completion and aren't much more than a hack, but might
be interesting for building Knoppix-based livecd's from scratch without too much
effort (lazyness is a virtue). Was motivated by a recent debian-devel thread and
the bootcd scripts in debian that are proving to be pretty useful, but have yet
to dive into how/if you can add/remove packages using them...
