Right -- and sometimes DFSG is restrictive enough that I also make an
exception. A case in point in the Ggobi visualiser (www.ggobi.org) whose
AT&T license is not pure enough for Debian main. However, it is much more
liberal than the license for the predecessor XGobi. So Ggobi goes into
Quantian, esp. as there is nothing else with a 'freer' license. I happen to
be the Debian maintainer of Ggobi to, so I feel I know the license well
enough to keep me out of trouble as far as Quantian re-distibution is
concerned.

I had requests for the inclusion of both Java and Acrobat Reader into
Quantian. Just not enough space on a cdrom, so the license makes it easier
to draw the line there. Esp. as I really like to stay out of license
discussion. IANAL, after all.
