It needs to be made clear that HaM modems are between a full-hardware modem and a software device (hence "hardware-accelerated" and NOT a WinModem) and supported by Linux -- you can download the Linux drivers directly from Intel -- just make sure that you have the right version for your chipset. As to how to make it work from the CD, I don't have a clue!
