[debian-knoppix] files size - largefiles - 2GB

Hello

I'm having problems with (real) large mysql files 

When importings mysql files the table seems to stop to increase at 2 GB, while the index file is still being updated right now (about 0.7 GB).

Is '--largefiles' compiled into the knoppix kernel? Kernel 2.4.19 and libc 2.2 should do it, right? Or other programs not 2GB ready?
