Unfortunately, pretty much all the information on the net about kdx-hdinstall
points to:
http://www.freenet.org.nz/misc/knoppix-install.html
Even on www.knoppix.net! See page:
http://www.knoppix.net/docs/index.php/FaqInstall
Ckeck the first link: Knoppix Hard Disk Installation HOWTO
It also points to:
http://www.freenet.org.nz/misc/knoppix-install.html
This site has received more publicity than yours and, if i remember well,
knoppix.net instructions weren't as elaborate when I read the instructions at
the beginning of november 2002. The instructions on freenet.org haven't
changed since and I thought they were still a good reference.
Everybody's doing their best but I believe for everything not to go haywire, a
little more centralization would be needed. Otherwise, it's going to turn out
the same as for some distro where everybody and anybody has his little page
with some information outdated, poorly written, not quite true or bordering on
desinformation.
Looking forward to testing your new script when KDE 3.1 comes out!
Thanks for all you other answers and "Au plaisir!"
