Beware of the warnings, of course. :) Don't worry about /etc/modprobe.d/ XXXX, everybody is having the same. New version of module-init-tools is sending this warnings to DEVELOPERS, so don't change anything, just live with it until the developers take action. Actually it means nothing for your system.
