kleopatra is in contrib. Unlike main, packages in contrib are allowed
to have unsatisfied dependencies.
BTW, I think it was determined that a libgpgme11 recompile is no
longer necessary since:
gpgme1.0 (1.0.1-1) unstable; urgency=low
* debian/rules:
+ Set a default path for gpgsm. This will enable it if present at run
time.
