Try installing kdelibs-dev and build-essential and trying again. It is
still doesn't work (and complains about Qt), try using
./configure --with-qt-includes=/usr/include/qt3
It is still doesn't work (and still complains about Qt) try again after
installing libqt3-compat-headers.
You might also like to try downloading the Debian source package from
unstable and recompiling it on Woody.
* download the orig.tar.gz, diff.gz, dsc files from
ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/k/kvim
* use dpkg-source -x kvim_foo.dsc
* cd into the kvim-foo directory
* run dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc
* dpkg --install the resulting package
