Yes, I have been using both matlab 6.0 and 6.1 on dual PII and dual
Athlon without any problem. I just ran the install script that comes
with the cd and install in /usr/local/matlab6.x :) I have woody/sid on
both machines, incase that you would like to know.

No, you should not.
