Hi John,

Of course install cups!  But there are more than one way to solve it ;)  Try:

	kprinter ~/.bashrc

and try to print with Print system 'LPR (Standard BSD ...)'.   May

Looks like the default Print System 'Generic LPD ... (default)' has a
wrong/misleading description.  It should be 'Generic LP ... (default)' or
'LP (Standard SYSV print system)'.
