Yes, this is on my mental todo list.

The right way to implement this is as a specialization of the standard
Debian web page template. I was hoping we could wrap up the logo and
get a theme going for the web site before then, but there really is no
reason the two have to be coupled. I'll see what I can do in the coming
week.
