I opened an ITP and a RFS, but the packages are not well suited for git at the moment : https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=855941#34 > If you want to make your packages available for non pkg-java team > members, then mentors.d.o is the right place for it. The idea behind using pkg-java upload queue was to distribute binary packages so that people can play with them right away, whereas mentors.d.o is more about source packages and there is 11 packages which is more work to fetch and build them one by one (all the more that they are quite big). At the moment, Andreas (#855941) already sponsored one of them and I'm waiting for feedback from the ftpmasters so that if a problem arises, I can fix it in the other packages if it's a common issue. This will prevent from spamming packages in NEW with the same error. Thanks again! F. > Regards, > > Markus >
