Batik, fop, xmlgraphics ... [was: For those who care about batik]

OK, I did a small change. debian/rules was looking for build/xmlgraphics-commons-1.3.1.dfsg.jar.

With batik 1.7-1, fop 0.95.dfsg-1 & xmlgraphics-common 1.3.1.dfsg-1 my
usual test is working (build a big documentation).
