Is byaccj available for Debian?

Hi,

I need the tool byaccj for compiler course at university. Is anyone
aware of this tool? A byaccj package is not available in Debian. Is it
perhaps included in some other package? Are there (compatible?)
alternatives to this one?

Project Homepage is http://byaccj.sourceforge.net/ - Licence is public domain. 

If it is not already I Debian, I would package it for personal use,
but could also publish my packages, if there is interested in them.
