The Emacs JDEE tries really hard to find tools.jar to start beanshell
(including special code to deal with the Apple/Darwin file naming). I
don't know if that is because very few people ever use a free Java, or
because there is a real dependency.
I guess I'll try installing free-java-sdk and see where I go from
there :-)
