BeanShell was in contrib because of Swing. Things are better in this
are, someone maybe can help and try to build the package with kaffe. If
it works, it means beanshell could move to main.

I'm not sure beanshell needs tools.jar.

There are not free at all. Only free of charge when you download or use
them. There is nothing in the specification about tools.jar
