ping restituisce System error
Ciao a tutti, ho un problema su un pc con debian:
$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Debian
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 9.5 (stretch)
Release: 9.5
Codename: stretch
Se lancio ad esempio il comando:
$ ping org5975
ping: org5975: System error
Questo è il contenuto di nsswitch.conf:
$ cat /etc/nsswitch.conf | grep -v ^#
passwd: files winbind
group: files winbind
shadow: files
hosts: files wins mdns4_minimal [NOTFOUND=return] dns mdns4
networks: files
protocols: db files
services: db files
ethers: db files
rpc: db files
netgroup: nis
Il comando ping restituisce system error soltanto su alcuni PC della
LAN, normalmente funziona correttamente. Io credo che dipenda dal fatto
che il pc che tento di pingare (org5975) ha 2 schede di rete e winbind
quando viene chiamata risponde entrambi gli ip:
$ wbinfo -N org5975
192.168.71.120 10.1.1.100 org5975
Voi credete sia un baco o è un problema di configurazione?
La cosa strana è che un altro PC sempre debian stretch si comporta
correttamente (e guarda caso winbind restituisce un solo ip)
