Errore su scrittura su backup su dvd

Abbiamo un nuovo errore, che vorrei capire. Prima al comando
growisofs -dvd-compat -Z $DEVDVD=$IMG >> $LOG 2>&1
dove $DEVDVD = /dev/hdc
$IMG = /w1/tmp/sigest.iso
rispondeva :

Ora dà errore rispondendo :

Executing 'builtin_dd if=/w1/tmp/sigest.iso of=/dev/hdc obs=32k seek=0'

Tentativo di Scrittura su supporto Terminata.

Cosa significa ?
