ho trovato la risposta nella "errata" per la beta4:
*"Windows OS not detected.* The installer may fail to detect existing 
installations of Windows, if Windows uses an NTFS filesystem. It will 
not be added to the grub boot menu. (This problem is fixed in the daily 
builds.)"
