Re: apache ssl and php

follow these tutorials really good

http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/apacheinstall.htm

check mainly index files are enabled for .php and the following  lines should be uncommented in your apache2.conf

# # And for PHP 4.x, use: # AddType application/x-httpd-php .php AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps

LoadModule php4_module /usr/lib/apache/2.0/libphp4.so
hope this helps

I am using both regular apache with ssl and apache2 with ssl.

I have seen that before but I can't remember how I fixed it. Check to make sure the
php pache modules are loading.

Also, turn on logging in your php.ini file.

A lot of different things can cause that.

My best guess is that php is not setup properly.
