[D-I] Variable subsitution (level2)

Let me know if these are mistakes or if they're ok: since commits
for level2 are not as easy to manage as those for level1, it might take some
time before I can fix it, or maybe somebody else will have to do it
for me.

legenda:
missing vars: variables not in the translated msgstr (but existing in the
original msgid)
extra vars: variables in the msgstr which do not appear in the original msgid
wrong vars: ${original_var} -> ${translated_var}

(*) means I consider this a mistake and will fix it
(?) I'm not sure and won't do anything about this

missing vars:
${PACKAGE_COUNT}  (not sure though: plural form)

[ca]
wrong vars:
\"${dc_other_hostnames}\" -> «{dc_other_hostnames}» (*)

[de]
missing vars:
${PACKAGE_COUNT}

wrong vars:
${CHOICES} -> {CHOICES} (*)

[he]
extra vars:
${PACKAGE_COUNT}
