[D-I] Variable subsitution (level1/trunk)

As promised during the last d-i meeting, I intend to fix the obvious (i.e.
those
which do not need knowledge of a particular language) wrong variables substitution.
Before I proceed, here's my review of the situation at the time of this writing;
I'll fix what I can but please stop me if I'm doing anything wrong.

legenda:
missing vars: variables not in the translated msgstr (but existing in the
original msgid)
extra vars: variables in the msgstr which do not appear in the original msgid
wrong vars: ${original_var} -> ${translated_var}

(*) means I consider this a mistake and will fix it
(?) I'm not sure and won't do anything about this

${NUM_DIRS}, ${NUM_FILESYSTEMS}

missing vars:
${LOCALE}

[eu]
missing vars:
${iface}

wrong vars:
${cdname} -> ${CDaren izena} (*)
${DEVICE} -> {DEVICE}  (*)

missing vars:
${iface} (?)
${VG}
${MODULE}
${PARTITION}

[fi]
missing vars:
${DEVICE}

[fr]
missing vars:
${COUNT} (? I remember Christian telling me this was ok)

[gl]
wrong vars:
${disc} -> ${disco} (*)

[hr]
missing vars:
${COUNT} (?)
${COUNT} (this same variable happens to be missing on two separate strings)
${VG}

[hu]
missing vars:
${iface}

[ko]
extra vars:
${TYPE}
${DEV}, ${SPARE}
${BPART}

missing vars:
${DEVICE}
${CYL}

wrong vars:
${SUITE} -> $(SUITE) (*)

[pa_IN]
wrong vars:
${PARTITION} -> ${PARTITION (*) (this happens 4 times)

[pt_BR]
wrong vars:
${SUBST1} -> ${SUBST0} (which one has to be changed?))

[ru]
wrong vars:
${KERNEL} -> ${KERNEL_LOC} (I changed this once already, and it was put back
this way... not gonna change it)

[vi]
missing vars:
${VG}
