[D-I] Variable subsitution (level3)

Let me know if these are mistakes or if they're ok: since commits
for level3 are not as easy to manage as those for level1, it might take some
time before I can fix it, or maybe somebody else will have to do it
for me.

legenda:
missing vars: variables not in the translated msgstr (but existing in the
original msgid)
extra vars: variables in the msgstr which do not appear in the original msgid
wrong vars: ${original_var} -> ${translated_var}

(*) means I consider this a mistake and will fix it
(?) I'm not sure and won't do anything about this


[ar]
wrong vars:
${CONFFILE} -> $[CONFFILE] (*) (this occours three times)

missing vars:
${xxpell}

[es]
extra vars:
${value}

[hu]
wrong vars:
${xxpell} -> ${XXpell} (*)

missing vars:
${hashfile} (?)

[vi]
missing vars:
${hashfile} (?)
