I did report it as a bug, and here's my mail with the response I received (I appreciated him getting back to me so quickly about this :) ):

I wrote back thanking him, and said I wished I'd had to translate "experimental". :)

Would someone with more experience (probably everyone :) ) please explain what his reply means, in practice? I don't know enough about the Debian packaging procedure to interpret his reply, apart from the fact that it seems to involve a package like dbconfig-common (_good_ idea!), and that something is happening...
