From other hand, not all message catalogs contain this information. What I want to emphasize is that there is no policy at all with respect to what is mandatory in message catalogs. such a policy exists for the Translation Project (Robot will reject non conformant files). some translations never were integrated into TP archive, that's true, but most of them *should* be integrated.
