Indeed.  You should use libpager for that, it should not be to hard once
you know how to do it.  But I'm not sure if we will still use the same
libpager interface on L4.  Neal, can you comment?

Interesting question.  Maybe the framebuffer-using applications could
coordinate their accesses themselves in some way?  This would be the
most flexible solution.
