This would be nice, but I don't think there is any real need for it.
You just need some mechanism to keep kernel-source out of the Packages
index file for the Hurd, because it is useless for the Hurd.
...but see the other thread on this subject.
(another better change I could think of for kernel-source, but not
really related to the Hurd in anyway is this: why do we need a special
deb package for the kernel source when apt-get source can download and
even build the source for kernel-image?)
