The short of it is that there simply isn't all that much documentation to
reap. The long of it is that some of the information needed is there,
it's just that it's scattered.

It takes a good solid week or two to get fully accustomed to it and this
issue is being addressed. There is simply a shortage of developers and the
main issues are to make it easier for newcoming developers to get on
board.

I'm fairly new myself.
