How and by who? I just did $ svn rm svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-haskell/packages/hs-plugins -m 'This is now tracked in darcs' when I pushed the darcs repository. The history will still be there, if needed, but having it not deleted might cause confusion.
