ax25-apps and ax25-tools (was Re: We have a problem)

Hi Patrick,

stuff.

You've indicated that you would like to maintain ax25-apps and ax25-tools.
There are new upstream versions for both of these packages. These were on my
list of packages to look at, but if you are knowledgable about these
packages you will be able to update these more quickly than I can.

Please include a watch file on your next upload for these packages. Please
also provide man pages for the binaries in ax25-tools that are missing man
pages.

ax25-tools is affected by the hardening-no-relro lintian tag and so this
should be fixed.

The d/copyright files should also be updated to DEP-5.

Only one upload has been performed on these packages since your last upload
and so you should find the packages in a familiar state.

As you are familiar with the kernel AX.25 implementations and the userland
AX.25 tools, your input on a recent mailing list thread would also be
useful:

  https://lists.debian.org/debian-hams/2015/04/msg00040.html

I would recommend you provide the mailing list with a list of packages you
are interested in maintaining. Being present in the Uploaders field on so
many packages without doing any actual uploading makes it hard to tell which
packages you actually want to do uploading on.

Thanks,
Iain.
