This is a different issue. Using the new GTK+, with the old Gnome
Terminal (and old libzvt) (so it's not an issue of a change of
behaviour of Gnome Terminal or libzvt), whenever you hit Ctrl-PgUp,
even if you're not in the last tab, Gnome-Terminal passes the keystroke
to the terminal, instead of catching it and switching tabs.
Using the new Gnome Terminal, it switches tabs, unless you try to go
past the last/first tab.
So it seems GTK+ changed behaviours, and Gnome Terminal changed to
accommodate the change. But if you use the old Gnome Terminal, you get
broken behaviour.
