Using an epoch sounds like a good idea, but if the 2.1 packages will be
uploaded to experimental why the need to add the "2.1" suffix? Uploading
them to experimental with the same name so they replace the same
packages in unstable when the time comes should be enough. People that
want to use the 2.1 version of b-a can just add "experimental" to their
sources.list.

We have enough packages already, IMHO.
