It's libobgtk and libobgnome, plus corresponding -dev packages.
Objective C is *not* an interpreted language, and Debian's naming
conventions overrule Gnome's.  :-)

My packages, and, afaik, there is no new release for 1.0.50, but if
one suddenly appears, I'll handle it.

Known in Debian-speak as "gtkmm".  :-)
