Last changes are from 2000/06, so this dependency is not very hard to
handle.

Can you stop these stupid attacks? I am aware of that, also that
your dpatch is wrong because official script is cyrillic, not latin.

That support for Serbian locales has been dropped from upstream CVS
for months, whereas localedef can be trivially patched to accept both
sr_CS and sr_YU locales (the latter for compatibility reasons with
older systems).
