The python-qt4 upload with removing WebKit is still planned, I have just
delayed it in hope QGis will get ported to Qt 5 soon.

I am not going to revert my changes, so if I need to do another python-qt4
upload (i.e. because of new upstream release), it will include the webkit

As far as I understand, the only blocker for porting is missing new qwt
in unstable, right? I see Lisandro sponsored qwt 6.1.2-4 last week, so he
should probably know why it's still in experimental…
