I hope we manage to build QGIS 2.14 with Qt5 despite full Qt5 and Python
3 support being planned for QGIS 3.0.
If not, I hope the changes for Qt5 and Python 3 will be backported to
the 2.14 LTS branch so we can reintroduce it for stable users via
stretch-backports (like we have 2.8.x in jessie-backports).
