Have you configured SSH to use rashad-guest as username for Alioth and
other debian.org domains as documented in the policy?

I had ssh key uploaded.  I think I need to wait for an hour to connect again. I will let you know

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

sshkey uploaded. (visible in my profile page)

cat ~/.ssh/config
Host *.debian.org

any clue?

I am behind a proxy network and uses proxychains tool. Does it matters?
