Yes, as documented in the policy:

https://pkg-grass.alioth.debian.org/policy/packaging.html#git-alioth-remote

For git+ssh & plain you need to add /git to the path, e.g.:

 origin git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-grass/otb.git
 origin ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-grass/otb.git

Otherwise the repository path on the filesystem is incomplete.
