We have at little blocker for the testing migration of gdal, qmapshack
(1.3.0-3) FTBFS consistently on arm64 due to an issue in inkscape:

$i --export-png=32x32/`echo $i | sed -e 's/svg$/png/'`
To record which icons fail and not cause make to abort, I've patched the
makeicons script to echo to the filename when inkscape fails. This
surfaced the problematic icons: cito.svg, dnf.svg & log.svg, all under
src/icons/cache/.
At least dnf.png is required, not having it causes the build failure of
src/qrc_resources.cpp.
I'm not sure yet how to solve this issue, not regenerating the icons on
arm64 seems like a good short term workaround at least.
