I've doubled checked your account and its a member of both
40241(pkg-grass) & 80241(scm_pkg-grass) so that's all in order.

Have you updated the push URL for the origin repository to use SSH?

You can change only the push URL as follows:

 git remote set-url --push origin
ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-grass/libterralib.git
