Now that ReadOSM and FreeXL are also under the pkg-grass umbrella, the
list of updated packages becomes:

 1) libgaiagraphics  (0.4b   -> 0.5)
 2) freexl           (1.0.0d -> 1.0.0f)
 3) readosm          (1.0.0b -> 1.0.0b)
 4) spatialite       (4.0.0  -> 4.1.1)
 5) librasterlite    (1.1d   -> 1.1g)
 6) spatialite-tools (4.0.0  -> 4.1.1)
 7) spatialite-gui   (1.6.0  -> 1.7.1)

Only the update of freexl has a new upstream release, but it doesn't
require a SONAME bump. The update of readosm sees only changes to
modernize the packaging.

The freexl package is used by spatialite, spatialite-tools,
spatialite-gui and gdal. The readosm packages is only used by
spatialite-tools.

The update of the packages in unstable shouldn't pose a problem. There
are no symbols changes, Multi-Arch is the most significant change.

I've got the updated packages in my personal APT repo already, which are
used during my build of the packages.

Kind Regards,

Bas
